After reading the following articles about Java's support for WebAssembly, both introduced [TeaVM's Fermyon fork version](https://github.com/fermyon/teavm-wasi) (WASI compatible) as promising, so I decided to give it a try.

Prepare a pom.xml as follows:

Prepare a Hello World Java code:

```

Compile via Maven Plugin:

```

The following files are generated:

Run with [wasmtime](https://wasmtime.dev/):

```

It worked!

Looking at this [sample](https://github.com/fermyon/teavm-wasi/blob/master/tests/wasi/src/main/java/wasi/Test.java), it seems like you can do a lot.
